Celebrate The Seasons
Specialty Cut Flowers & Arrangements
● Who We Are
Rooted In Passion
From heirloom varieties grown for nostalgia to modern introductions grown for beauty, every flower has a story—and so do we. Located in Greene, New York (hence the ‘e’ in our name), Greene Thumb was established from a deep-rooted love of growing flowers. That simple statement spans months of hands-on work, but never ends in our minds.
Each year represents an opportunity to learn, grow, and forge ahead with the intention of cultivating the best flowers possible. While challenges are an inevitable part of the process, the wonder of experiencing a seed germinate, mature, and ultimately bloom is what we remember most, renewing our passion and purpose, season after season.
To sow a seed is to know a plant from its first breath of green to the moment its flower is ready to shine.
● What We Offer

Your wedding flowers should feel as meaningful and unique as the day itself. Whether you’re designing your own arrangements, selecting a few beautifully crafted pieces, or seeking a full service experience, we offer flexible options to suit every wedding. All designs showcase our locally grown blooms and are thoughtfully arranged with care and intention to leave a lasting impression.
● What Makes Us Different
Designed
By Nature
As flower growers, we begin our floral design process in the soil, months earlier than traditional florists who work with flowers that are typically sourced from wholesalers. From germination to harvest, we nurture every plant through countless obstacles and, along the way, develop a detailed understanding of each one.
This firsthand knowledge directly shapes our design decisions, allowing us to highlight each flower’s natural movement rather than forcing it into a rigid form. The result is design that feels alive and organic, reflecting the true character of every stem, something that cannot be replicated through mass sourcing.
